Ingredients
  

Chicken Patties

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 3 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 0.5 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg

Instructions
 

  • Combine all patty ingredients in a bowl and mix gently.
  • Form mixture into equal burger patties.
  • Cook patties in a hot skillet 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through.
  • Toast buns and assemble burgers with desired toppings.

Notes

Adjust spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
