Ingredients
  

Zoodles & Chicken

  • 2 zucchini spiralized
  • 1 lb chicken breast thin sliced
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated

Sauce

  • 0.25 cup soy sauce low sodium
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tsp cornstarch optional

Instructions
 

  • Whisk all sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Cook chicken in oil until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • Sauté garlic and ginger in the same pan until fragrant.
  • Add sauce and simmer until thickened.
  • Return chicken to pan and toss to coat.
  • Add zucchini noodles and toss gently until just tender.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.

Notes

Do not overcook zoodles or they will become watery.
