Ingredients
  

Filling

  • 1 cup frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder optional
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray for brushing
  • 24 pieces wonton wrappers

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped artichokes, spinach, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  • Place about 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  • Brush edges of the wrapper with water, fold into a triangle, and press edges to seal.
  • Place filled wontons on prepared baking sheet and lightly brush tops with olive oil or cooking spray.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Cool for 2–3 minutes and serve immediately with dipping sauce.

Notes

Ensure spinach is fully drained to avoid soggy bites.
