Ingredients
  

Eggnog Bread

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup eggnog

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare loaf pan.
  • Whisk dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Mix butter and sugars, then add eggs and vanilla.
  • Stir in eggnog, then fold in dry ingredients.
  • Pour batter into pan and top with crumb mixture.
  • Bake 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Notes

Use full-fat eggnog for best results.
