Ingredients
  

Chicken Wings

  • 2 lb chicken wings split into flats and drumettes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Pineapple Glaze

  • 1 cup pineapple juice 100% juice
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce low sodium
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1-2 tbsp hot sauce to taste
  • 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with water
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet with a wire rack.
  • Pat wings dry and toss with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Bake wings for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
  • Simmer pineapple juice, honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and hot sauce in a saucepan.
  • Whisk in cornstarch slurry and cook until glaze thickens.
  • Toss baked wings in glaze and return to oven for 5–8 minutes to caramelize.
  • Garnish and serve hot.

Notes

Adjust spice level by increasing or decreasing hot sauce.
