Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs potatoes thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheese

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a skillet and cook onion until soft.
