Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices bread sourdough or whole grain
  • 3-4 slices turkey breast cooked
  • 0.5 avocado sliced
  • 1 slice tomato
  • 1-2 leaves lettuce
  • 1 slice cheese optional
  • 1-2 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Toast bread until golden and crisp.
  • Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice.
  • Layer turkey and cheese on one slice.
  • Add lettuce, tomato, and avocado. Season lightly.
  • Top with remaining bread, slice, and serve.

Notes

Use ripe but firm avocado for best texture.
