Ingredients
  

Cheese Dip

  • 8 oz Boursin cheese room temperature
  • 3 tbsp hot honey
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • fresh thyme or chives for garnish
  • to taste crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • to taste sea salt & black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place Boursin cheese in a medium mixing bowl and allow to soften at room temperature.
  • Whip the cheese using a hand mixer or stand mixer until smooth and fluffy.
  • Slowly drizzle hot honey into the whipped cheese while mixing.
  • Add heavy cream and mix until fully combined and airy.
  • Season with sea salt, black pepper, and optional crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Transfer to serving bowl, garnish with thyme or chives, and drizzle extra honey on top.
  • Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Adjust hot honey for desired sweetness and heat; store leftovers in airtight container for 3–4 days.
