Instructions
Thinly slice the red onions and place in a bowl.
Sprinkle with salt and gently massage to soften.
Add sumac, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Toss until evenly coated.
Fold in chopped parsley.
Rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Best served fresh. Adjust lemon and salt to taste.
