Ingredients
  

Salad

  • 2 ripe mangoes diced
  • 2 ripe avocados cubed
  • 1 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 0.5 cup fresh cilantro chopped

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 0.5 tsp sea salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Dice mangoes and cube avocados into bite-sized pieces.
  • Slice red onion thinly and dice the red bell pepper.
  • Add all salad ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
  • Whisk lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Pour dressing over salad and toss gently to combine.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.

Notes

Best served fresh. Add chili flakes or jalapeƱo for spice.
