Ingredients
  

Corn & Dairy

  • 4 cups corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 0.25 tsp smoked paprika optional
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or chives chopped
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese optional

Instructions
 

  • Prep the corn by thawing frozen corn slightly or cutting fresh corn from the cob.
  • Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat until foamy.
  • Add corn and cook 3–4 minutes until slightly tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Pour in heavy cream and milk, stir to combine, and cook 4–5 minutes until thickened.
  • Season with smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  • Optional: Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley or chives. Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve hot as a side dish for chicken, steak, or pork. Adjust creaminess with milk if desired.
