Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups orzo pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 5 oz Boursin cheese garlic & herb
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add orzo and toast briefly.
  • Transfer orzo to baking dish. Add broth and cream.
  • Nestle Boursin cheese throughout and sprinkle with parmesan.
  • Cover and bake 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 10–15 minutes until creamy.

Notes

Add spinach, mushrooms, or cooked chicken for variation.
