Ingredients
  

Pasta & Sauce

  • 400 g pasta tagliatelle or fettuccine
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 120 g Gorgonzola cheese crumbled
  • 1-2 tsp truffle oil to taste
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve some pasta water and drain.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.
  • Add cream and gently warm for 2–3 minutes.
  • Stir in Gorgonzola until melted and smooth.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and truffle oil.
  • Toss pasta with sauce, adding pasta water as needed.

Notes

Use high-quality truffle oil and avoid overheating the sauce for best results.
