Ingredients
  

Salad Base

  • 4 cups seedless red grapes washed and dried
  • 4 cups seedless green grapes washed and dried

Creamy Dressing

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Topping

  • 0.75 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash and thoroughly dry the grapes. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy and fully combined.
  • Gently fold in the grapes until evenly coated.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with chopped pecans and optional brown sugar.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Add nuts just before serving for best texture.
