Ingredients
  

Meatballs

  • 1 lb ground beef or chicken
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp jerk seasoning

Curry Sauce

  • 1 can coconut milk full-fat
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

Instructions
 

  • Mix meatball ingredients and shape into balls.
  • Brown meatballs in a skillet and set aside.
  • Prepare curry sauce and simmer meatballs until cooked through.
