Ingredients
  

  • 20 oz cheese ravioli
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 0.33 cup sun-dried tomatoes sliced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions
 

  • Cook ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in cream and broth. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  • Add sun-dried tomatoes, seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  • Fold ravioli into sauce and stir gently.
  • Add Parmesan and mix until melted and creamy.
  • Serve hot with extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes

Add chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
