Ingredients
  

Cabbage Wedges

  • 1 large green cabbage
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Spicy Dip

  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • Cut cabbage into wedges, keeping core intact.
  • Mix oil and spices, brush onto wedges.
  • Roast 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Mix dip ingredients in a bowl.
  • Serve wedges hot with spicy dip.

Notes

For extra crispiness, roast on a wire rack over the baking sheet.
