Ingredients
  

Yogurt Mixture

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup mini chocolate chips optional
  • 2 tbsp chopped peanuts optional

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and chopped peanuts.
  • Drop spoonfuls onto the baking sheet.
  • Freeze for 2-3 hours until firm.
  • Store in airtight container and serve chilled.

Notes

Use thick Greek yogurt for best texture and allow bites to sit at room temperature briefly before serving.
