Ingredients
  

Brownie Base

  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 4 eggs large
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp espresso powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Tiramisu Layer

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese room temperature
  • 0.75 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp espresso or strong coffee

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Melt butter and whisk in both sugars until smooth.
  • Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
  • Stir in cocoa powder, salt, and espresso powder.
  • Fold in flour just until combined.
  • Pour batter into pan and bake 25–30 minutes. Cool completely.
  • Beat mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla, and espresso until smooth.
  • Spread tiramisu layer over brownies and dust with cocoa powder.

Notes

Chill before slicing for best layers and flavor.
