Ingredients
  

Wrap Filling

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 0.5 cup Caesar dressing
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions
 

  • Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Grill shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until opaque.
  • Toss romaine with Caesar dressing and Parmesan.
  • Warm tortillas.
  • Fill tortillas with salad and shrimp, roll and serve.

Notes

Best served fresh. Add avocado or bacon if desired.
