Ingredients
  

Taco Bowl Base

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 cups potatoes diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a skillet and cook potatoes until golden and tender.
  • Remove potatoes and brown ground beef with onion and garlic.
  • Add taco seasoning and return potatoes to skillet.
  • Assemble bowls with toppings and serve.
