Ingredients
  

Coffee Base

  • 2 cups strong brewed coffee
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 0.5 tsp ground ginger
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp nutmeg
  • 0.25 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Topping

  • 0.5 cup heavy cream whipped

Instructions
 

  • Brew strong coffee or espresso and set aside.
  • Heat milk, sugar, molasses, spices, and vanilla in a saucepan over low heat.
  • Whisk until smooth and fragrant, do not boil.
  • Whip cream lightly until thick but pourable.
  • Pour gingerbread milk into mugs.
  • Slowly layer coffee on top using a spoon.
  • Top with whipped cream and garnish.

Notes

For dairy-free, use oat milk and coconut cream.
