Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast chopped
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup cucumber grated and drained
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 0.25 cup red onion diced

Instructions
 

  • Combine Greek yogurt, cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic in a bowl.
  • Season with salt and pepper and mix until smooth.
  • Stir in dill and parsley.
  • Add chicken, feta cheese, and red onion.
  • Mix gently until evenly coated.
  • Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, let the salad chill before serving.
