Ingredients
  

  • 4 butter croissants
  • 2 apples thinly sliced
  • 4 oz goat cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1-2 tsp honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Sauté sliced apples in butter over medium heat until tender and lightly golden. Stir in thyme.
  • Slice croissants horizontally, keeping one edge intact.
  • Spread goat cheese on croissants and top with warm apples.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until croissants are crisp and cheese soft.
  • Drizzle with honey if desired and serve warm.
