Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 3.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2.25 tsp instant yeast
  • 0.33 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup warm milk
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest

Blueberry Filling

  • 1.5 cups blueberries
  • 0.33 cup sugar

Instructions
 

  • Prepare dough and allow to rise until doubled.
  • Cook blueberry filling until thickened and cool.
  • Roll dough, spread filling, slice, and rise again.
  • Bake until golden and glaze before serving.

Notes

Do not overfill buns to prevent leaking.
