Ingredients
  

Filling

  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup strawberries finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Bread & Egg Mixture

  • 8 slices white sandwich bread crusts removed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp butter for frying

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped strawberries, and powdered sugar.
  • Flatten each bread slice with a rolling pin.
  • Spoon filling onto one end and roll tightly. Seal edges.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a shallow bowl.
  • Dip rolls in egg mixture until coated.
  • Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook rolls seam-side down for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
  • Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar, syrup, and extra strawberries.

Notes

Can be made ahead and refrigerated; reheat gently before serving.
