Ingredients
  

Cookie Batter

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp orange zest fresh
  • 0.25 cup orange juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Combine oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  • Stir in milk, yogurt, orange juice, sweetener, and vanilla.
  • Fold in cranberries and orange zest.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Stir before serving and adjust consistency if needed.

Notes

For best flavor, allow oats to rest overnight and garnish just before serving.
